Shout out to everyone who shows support. Much Respect! I have been enjoying myself very much and that’s just what this is about. I’ve had a chance to go to a few fashion shows & kick it with some beautiful people, drink new drinks, eat new foods, smoke cigars from different regions..etc.

As usual the very expensive commercials slots during the big game are like a show amongst themselves. My favorite commercial from last night was the Chrysler 200 ad. Not because Eminem was featured. Forget the fact that the 200 looks like a Sebring in a tuxedo. Nevermind if you are not from Detroit. Also at this point it doesn’t matter who owns the company.
The message in this ad applies to anyone from anywhere who has struggled, but wants better. ”What does a town that’s been to hell and back know about the finer things in life? More than most.” True testament to Broad & Luxe.
I like the Chrysler 200 by the way. Working man deserves a car like that. I like the big grill. Why do you think Bentley and Rolls Royce have such large grills on thier automobiles? Its a personality thing. I would smoke a cigar in this car.LUXE

New video by Fabolous reminds me of Frank Millers 2005 movie “Sin City”. Instead of Clive Owen & Rosario Dawson the murderous couple killing people with style is Fabolous & Amber Rose. Fab drops clever Broad&Luxe lines like “Looking good has its sacrifices, chilly weather brings four figure jacket prices” and “she has enough class for wine, still handle Patron”. This was one of my favorite tracks to ride to this past summer and its still hot. Some cool products placement like Ciroc, JayZ head phones & a cigar here and there. We respect Fab as a serious cigar smoker not one of these rappers who use them for video props. He has said he like La Gloria Series R. Enjoy the vid.
The Call of Duty game series have a cult following. The newest edition of Call of Duty called Black Ops will feature the 2011 Jeep Wrangler. The cult now can drive in the game and in real life. Peep the preview of the game and the Jeep…
I like the Jeep. These are man mobiles. Rough, rugged and raw! Take the doors and top off, light a cigar, turn up the Johny Cash and go to where the whiskey is. I would drive and smoke a CamachoTriple Maduro in this Jeep.

So I heard the king was going to be in New York for a limited time and I said I have to see this. No I’m not talking about Jay Z, I mean King Tut, the once youngest ruler ever of Egypt. Tut was his nickname. Tut actually stood for Tutankhamun. This 9 year olds 3000 year old treasures are on display at the Discovery Times Square Exposition until January 2, 2011.
The Egyptians were definately Broad & Luxe people. Over 3000 years ago they were brewing beer, making wine & smoking hookahs. They had ships and ports to import and export goods. They also built some of the finest structures in history. No pictures or video are allowed once inside the exhibit, but this is something you should see yourself anyway.
There are 11 rooms of interesting artifacts including Tuts sarcophagus. My only complaints are that King Tuts mummified body was a replica and there were not many gaudy gold cups or jewels. There was a solid gold dagger! Check it out have fun and then walk around the corner to the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

The infamous Shyne and Cohiba are on the September 2010 issue of XXL magazine. I understand the motivation behind this photo so I’m not going to come down on Shyne to hard. After all he was extradited to Belize where he can buy and smoke all the cuban cigars he wants. If he is really a cigar smoker. But images like these make Cohiba the true infamous one.
These images make new & some experienced cigars smokers praise the Cuban cigar as if it were Zeus. The want for something your not suppose to have is always extra tempting. I always respect a hip hop artist a little more when I see them smoking a not so commercial stick. Like Fabolous smokes La Gloria Cubanas and Swizz beats says he enjoys Hoya de Monterrey. Regardless the motto is smoke what you like. The cigar is sometimes used as a prop to display power & wealth. A cigar is also a sign of maturity and patience. This is definitely better than blunts in the mouths of entertainers. Nice article about Shyne also so check it out.
